Our staff takes pride in providing professional and caring service to our patients.
To date, we have the distinction of having the only certified asthma educators in Whatcom Country. This title (AE-C) means they have passed the Asthma 401 Asthma Educator’s Certification Examination after attending an eight-week teleclass in asthma theory and related teaching topics.
Our research department staff has attended the Clinical Research Coordinator Certification course (CCRC), a process by which the Association of Clinical Research Professionals validates, by predetermined standards, an individual’s qualification and knowledge based on current policies and procedures surrounding the Clinical Trials industry: FDA regulations and Good Clinical Practices.
Our front office coordinator is a Certified Professional Coder (CPC). A Certified Professional Coder has passed a coding certification examination sponsored by the American Academy of Professional Coders. This individual has achieved a certain level of knowledge and expertise in coding of services, procedures and diagnoses for physician practices.
